As for me, the location was peaceful and absolutely perfect, just off free parking at the front, and the bars / restaurants. The rooms they offer were good sized and stylish with fridge, hot chocolate and microwave. The staff was well organised and amiable and provided very good services.

Freshly decorated room, comfortable beds, nice size bathroom. Absolutely superb and plentiful breakfast selection with fruit juices, marmalade and yoghurts.

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was beautifully kept and nice, had magnificent location so close to the beach. The double room was freshly decorated, included a TV, a small fridge, and a safe. The staff were all helpful, very good service.

The venue was beautifully kept and excellent, I loved the stay and the location was unbeatable not far from the beach, and town centre and the seafront, town and amusements. The rooms were brand-new and great modern, were equipped with microwave, a single bed plus fan.

I greatly enjoyed the room with comfortable bed, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with many options and fairly priced.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of Britannia Pier Theatre. The breakfast was absolutely superb and plentiful and included.

This place is in a great location, very close to the seafront and all the town amenities. The service provided here is outstanding, and the staff try hard to give a very good service. The room amenities are top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in rooms and the flat-screen TV are a bonus.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I appreciated this city hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The location was peaceful, within easy walking distance of Winter Gardens. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a downtown area.

The staff is helpful, the breakfast absolutely superb, the location is perfect next to amusements, the centre and shops and the promenade and beach. The service is very good, includes easy to access parking.

The bathrooms are very small.
